Recap

Some things I learned yesterday in class that I didn't know before... Moodle, Diigo, Picnik, Fakebook, and Twister. I was also able to create this blog to record my library media experiences and I was reintroduced to Wallwisher and Firefox. Social Media!!!!!! There's so much out there and it can be overwhelming but it's fun. The Diigo bookmarks was really great for saving and organizing websites. You can also join groups that share other websites that interest you. I'm excited to share and use these tools when I start teaching technology lessons. Fakebook and Twister were also great. I think that students will be interested to research and read about famous people. Students can then share what they've learned on a Fakebook profile or creatively "tweet" what a person may have said or would say if they were using a sharing tool such as Twister.
